By accessing or using Vyralive ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Vyralive. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You may not transfer your account to another person without our written consent.

4. Creator Content

Creators retain ownership of their original content.
By uploading content, you grant Vyralive a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.
Content must not violate any applicable laws, infringe on third-party rights, or contain harmful material.

5. Payments & Fees

Vyralive charges a 20% platform fee on all transactions.
Payouts are processed via Cashfree and are subject to their terms and processing times.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Use the Platform for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users

7. Termination

Vyralive reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vyralive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.
